Beginner Movers
Some people are new to moving and exercising and want some extra help as they introduce or re-introduce their bodies to regular movement. ATSH offers both personal training and athletic training services to people building a new movement routine. AT Lauren utilizes compassionate, individualized, body-inclusive methods to help beginner athletes and movers prevent injury and build strength and stability.
